Job Summary
Manage leasing, on-site marketing, and outreach initiatives to increase and maintain maximum occupancy of the property. Market and lease units while serving as the first point of contact for all leasing inquiries, including scheduling appointments, converting prospects, and leading tours. Develop proactive marketing initiatives, review market surveys, and walk model units daily to confirm readiness. Record traffic and activity, apply guest card programs, and notify prospects of acceptance or rejection within 24 hours. Handle resident service requests, follow up on work orders, and assist with hiring and training new leasing personnel. Answer telephones and complete general administrative duties such as filing and typing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Computer skills
- Math ability
- Accurate typing
- Record keeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to follow through with all necessary paperwork
- Ability to ensure all deadlines are met
