Job Summary
As a Sales Manager at Camping World, you will coach and mentor a high-performance sales team focused on driving sales activities related to new and used RVs. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, maintaining inventory levels, analyzing customer feedback, and recruiting and training sales staff. Candidates should have dealership sales experience, sales management knowledge, and strong organizational skills. A college degree is helpful, but applicable work experience may also be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated dealership sales experience and management of a revenue generating team
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, shrinkage control, security methods and consumer behavior
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

- Strong computer skills with previous exposure to customer data and inventory systems
