Job Summary
Sales Manager at Campers Inn RV leads and directs the sales activities in designated areas, manages a team of sales specialists focused on helping customers find their perfect “Away,” identifies revenue programs, oversees resource planning and reporting, participates in client interactions, and stays informed about RV market trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field (strongly preferred), valid driver’s license, potential need for state sales license, and several years of RV sales management or dealership experience. Must be capable of flexible hours including evenings and weekends, comfortable with MS Office and Motility Systems2K, and able to move and handle RVs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations
- Minimum four years of RV sales management experience or experience in an automotive or RV dealership strongly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Motility Systems2K or ability to learn software
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes as needed
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize and manage physical tasks
