Job Summary
Sales Manager – Business Information role focused on expanding Coface's market share by evaluating opportunities and presenting trade information services to potential clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing customized solutions with accurate pricing and quotations, managing customers across processes, driving product/technical knowledge for commercial use, preparing estimates and tenders, organizing pricing sheets and contract documentation for seamless new business setup, executing end-to-end onboarding of new customers, maintaining cross-department communication to identify opportunities, participating in internal trainings, and collaborating with local Commercial teams and Insurance/Debt Collection divisions to optimize the sales process. Requirements include 2+ years in sales (ideally in information sales, credit insurance, fintech, or data organization), a degree in Sales/Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Banking or equivalent, strong English proficiency, MS Office skills, and soft skills in strategic sales, negotiation, analytics, results orientation, and the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn new products and pursue career development in a large global company with hybrid remote work options in Sofia.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years in sales experience, ideally within information sales, credit insurance, fintech, marketplaces/ data organization
- Degree in Sales, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent
- Solid understanding of business, financial, products/services, the market, and the needs of the customers
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English
- Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Soft skills: strategic sales & business development thinking, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, results-driven and oriented, ability to work independently
- Willing to learn new products and to improve your knowledge
