Sales Manager for Business Banking focused on enhancing the Deposit pool from customers; establish service standards; drive sales of non-deposit products including MF and Insurance; contribute to fee income; manage branch administration and regulatory compliance; lead and motivate the branch team; responsible for branch break-even and P&L; requires ~6 years banking experience with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities and proven sales exposure across liabilities products; leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach (Thinker: Doer – 40:60).
