Job Summary
Lead and coach District Sales Managers to achieve individual and collective sales goals while establishing and monitoring annual targets. Design and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and oversee customer relationship management across districts. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, then collaborate with executive leadership to align initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value customers and prospects, ensuring adherence to company values and brand promise. Facilitate communication between district managers, inside sales staff, and leadership. Requires 7+ years of sales experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, proficiency in MBS software, and ability to interpret building drawings. Full-time role in Broussard, LA with no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of successful sales experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building or related industry
- at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in the use of MBS software
- Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret Pre-Engineered Metal Building drawings
- Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable growth
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
