Job Summary

Sales Manager guides families and older adults through the sales journey inside and outside the community, acting as the boots-on-the-ground liaison from interest to move-in. Works with local professionals, volunteers, and organizations to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and local businesses. Partners with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports you with onboarding, coaching, education, tuition reimbursement opportunities, and a broad network across 675 communities in 41 states. This role emphasizes relationship-building, integrity, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive community while pursuing growth through professional development and commission opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation
