Lead the bridal boutique sales team to deliver an elevated, consultative shopping experience for brides; coach, train, and motivate bridal stylists and sales associates; manage daily floor activity, appointment flow, and team assignments; drive individual and team sales goals including conversion, average sale, and follow-up; support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance development; maintain showroom presentation and inventory integrity; oversee events, trunk shows, and vendor activities; ensure policy adherence, customer service excellence, and a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous retail sales management experience required
