Job Summary
Lead and coach the local sales team in-field; partner with the GSM to oversee the Sales Department; hire/train staff; organize schedules, assign leads, and enforce quotas; mentor reps to ensure quotas are met and drive performance evaluations; analyze sales and operational data to project profitability and identify new markets; collaborate with VP and executive leadership to develop quotas and strategies; prepare and monitor sales budgets; resolve customer issues and support staffing and coverage; require strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; must be able to drive and lift up to 50 pounds; base salary plus commissions for a field-based Sales Manager in Hoover/Birmingham area.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of sales experience required
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
