Job Summary

Lead and own the Belux market for Tony’s Chocolonely, balancing strategic commercial leadership with hands-on execution to grow distribution and impact in Belgium and Luxembourg. Drive end-to-end sales processes, including forecasting, budgeting, promotions, pricing, and trade terms, while building senior retailer partnerships (e.g., Carrefour, Delhaize, Colruyt) and coordinating an external field team. Report to the Head of Sales Benelux and collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to deliver integrated, data-driven plans. Manage one direct report (Account Manager OOH Belux) and coordinate field sales activities, ensuring high-performing, engaged teams. Fluent in Flemish/Dutch, French, and English; based in Belgium with hybrid work arrangement involving Antwerp office, factory visits, and Amsterdam HQ travel. 7+ years of commercial leadership in FMCG/food, strong P&L, forecasting, and negotiation experience with major retailers; proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and develop teams. Enthusiastic about Tony’s purpose and capable of working independently in a fast-growing, build-up environment.
