Job Summary
Drive hotel sales by developing leads, planning regular site inspections and entertainment meetings for qualified accounts, and preparing monthly action plans for main market segments. Fully manage accounts under supervision, including contracting, updating profiles and renewing contracts, and monitor VIP arrivals. Conduct negotiations to maximize profit and rates, upsell and cross-sell hotel facilities and services, and represent the property at events to maintain high visibility. Analyze market trends, track rate strategies, and provide management updates on leads and performance. Requires Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management, 1+ year in a similar role or 3+ years in guest services/tele-marketing, strong business acumen, English proficiency, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in the area of guest services/tele-marketing
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
