Job Summary
Structure desk deals for both new and used vehicle inventory, verifying deal structures and ensuring accuracy of all paperwork and lending requirements. Obtain proper documentation and signatures for sales and trade-in acquisitions while maintaining sales schedules and communicating with Finance and Sales Departments. Perform routine trade-in appraisals to ensure vehicles are accurately valued and in safe operating condition. Follow all dealership policies and legal compliance standards while structuring financial contracts and providing excellent customer service. Assist with managing inventory levels and display standards as needed to support smooth daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as Sales Manager or a consistent top-performing sales professional with leadership potential
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, desking, and CRM platforms
- Experience in Reynolds preferred
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
