Job Summary
Manage client relationships and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring monthly and annual targets are met. Identify target segments, develop action plans, and coordinate with stakeholders on payment schedules and deadlines. Finalize contracts with clients and investment companies, preparing draft agreements and monitoring collection of installments. Conduct market research to assess competitor activities and provide feedback on product development. Collaborate with Marketing on promotional materials and ensure all sales data is accurately updated in the CRM system while maintaining compliance with AML and CTF regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in sales or real estate
- University degree in business or related fields
- Strong focus on results and client orientation
- Excellent skills in sales management and building client relationships
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude, dedication to work, and flexibility to work under pressure
- Ability to persuade, influence, and deliver effective presentations
- Valid driver's license
- Very good knowledge of the English language
