Job Summary
Lead a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue; recruit, hire, and train the sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps; lead weekly sales meetings and one-on-ones; develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base; monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales management experience within the exterior home improvement industry
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- Experience managing a team of 5+ salespeople
- Proven track record of revenue growth ($3M to $10M+)
