Job Summary
Lead a team of 15+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue; recruit, hire, and train the growing sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps; lead weekly sales meetings and one-on-ones; develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base; monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team; in-home sales experience is preferred but not required.
