Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue; run solo appointments weekly; recruit, hire, and train the sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps; lead weekly sales meetings; develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base; monitor sales metrics and performance; in Nebraska-based in-home sales leadership for a roofing contractor; base salary $60K-$70K with commission and bonus potential; company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience within the home services/improvement industry
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- The ability to build a team from scratch or rebuild an underperforming team
