Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct check-ins and ride-alongs; run solo leads weekly; lead sales meetings and one-on-ones. Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase market share and customer base; monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
- Roofing experience is preferred but not required
