Job Summary
Oversee the team of 2 experienced sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue by recruiting, hiring, and training the sales roster to grow to 5-6 reps. Coach, mentor, and motivate the team through regular check-ins and ride-alongs, while leading weekly sales meetings. Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase market share and customer base, and monitor sales metrics to provide regular feedback. This role supports the 10-year-old exterior remodeling company's growth stage, leveraging its A+ Better Business Bureau rating and premium product foundation. Flexible compensation includes a $65K-$70K base plus bonuses totaling $105K-$125K, alongside PTO and a gas card.
