Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of 5+ in-home sales reps in Massachusetts, driving targets and revenue growth. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training the sales roster; coaching and mentoring the team; conducting check-ins and ride-alongs; leading weekly sales meetings and one-on-ones; developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and customer base; and monitoring sales metrics with regular feedback. Windows experience and one-call-close experience are preferred.
