Job Summary

Build, lead, and manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Run solo appointments weekly. Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster. Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps. Lead weekly sales meetings. Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to increase market share and customer base. Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience within the home services/improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • Ability to recruit, hire, and train a sales roster
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
  • Experience conducting check-ins and ride-alongs with sales reps
  • Ability to lead weekly sales meetings
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies and processes to increase market share and customer base
  • Experience monitoring sales metrics and providing feedback to a team
  • Roofing, siding, or exterior experience is preferred
