Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue; recruit, hire, and train the sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team; run solo in-person appointments weekly; conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with reps; lead weekly sales meetings and one-on-ones; develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base; monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team. Bathroom or exterior product knowledge is preferred. Relocation assistance is offered. Base salary $90K-$100K with bonus potential resulting in total compensation in the $125K-$150K+ range.
