Sales Manager - B2C for a 70+ year kitchen remodeling company serving Chicagoland and Wisconsin. Oversees a team of 5+ sales reps and an assistant; recruit, hire, and train the sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct check-ins and ride-alongs; lead weekly sales meetings; monitor sales metrics and provide regular feedback. Requirements include sales management experience in the home improvement industry, strong one-call close in-home sales experience, ability to manage multiple markets, and a proven track record of leading and growing successful sales teams.
