Job Summary
Lead and manage a two-office in-home sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster; coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps; lead weekly sales meetings and one-on-ones. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base; monitor sales metrics and provide regular feedback to the sales team. Strong in-home sales leadership and one-call-close experience, plus a background as a sales representative; roofing experience is a plus.
