Job Summary
Lead and manage a sales team in in-home exterior remodeling sales (one-call-close) with responsibilities including recruiting, training, coaching, and conducting check-ins and ride-alongs; drive sales strategy, monitor performance, and conduct weekly meetings to increase market share and customer base. Key duties include leading a team of reps to targets, running solo appointments weekly, mentoring the sales roster, and developing processes for scalable growth; ideal candidate has proven home-services sales leadership, strong in-home sales expertise, and ability to build or rebuild a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience within the home services/improvement industry
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- The ability to build a team from scratch or rebuild an underperforming team
- Roofing, siding, or exterior experience is preferred
