Job Summary
Sales Manager to assist the GSM in leading the dealership's sales team at 24 Ford. Responsibilities include scheduling and coaching sales consultants, monitoring KPIs and performance, overseeing CRM and showroom flow, participating in daily sales meetings, guiding negotiations and the handoff to finance, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Ideal candidates will have a proven automotive retail sales track record, supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of automotive sales experience
- at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management capacity
- proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales performance KPIs
- comprehensive understanding of dealership financial operations
- leadership with a team-first, customer-focused attitude
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal and coaching skills
