Sales Manager – 'Auana

Job Summary

Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals for the "Drawn to Life" show by managing key partnerships with third-party accounts, online re-sellers, international wholesalers, tour operators, and in-market direct partners. Contract, onboard, and maintain relationships with sales partners while facilitating pricing, commission structures, and promotional offers alongside Disney. Execute training programs for ticket influencers, participate in trade shows to procure contracts, and conduct ongoing sales calls and visits. Audit broker websites, maintain partner databases, and create detailed performance reports to maximize efficiencies and protect brand integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Marketing/Sales, Business or Communications
  • At least 4 years of previous experience in Sales/Marketing within the hospitality industry, inclusive of entertainment and attractions, meetings & events, travel trade, destination management organization marketing, hotels, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing software(s) and CRM(s), such as Outbox ticketing, NLIVEN, Ticketmaster and/or Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ambition to create and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally
  • Availability to flex hours for the occasional evening or weekend event
  • Ability to create and maintain solid business relationships both internally and externally that promote an encouraging, positive and productive work environment
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • The flexibility for light travel
  • Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one's identity and work authorization
