The Sales Manager will oversee a team of Sales Inspectors, translating marketing and call center activity into revenue-generating opportunities to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales team through hiring, training, and coaching, reporting sales KPIs, providing insight for local sales strategies, coordinating lead activity with the corporate call center, and maintaining customer service standards. The role requires strong sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of proven sales management experience
- Solid sales and managerial experience in home improvement or relevant industries
- Clean driving record within 5 years
