Sales Manager

Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry events. Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual success. Plan and coordinate event or group booking details, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billing. Create and track monthly SMART goals aligned with hotel revenue targets. Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY. Manage existing relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Requires 1–2 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools. Full-time role at Phoenix Glendale Renaissance with $29.04 base compensation.
