Sales Manager

The Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail store, aiming to meet sales KPIs including volume, margin, closing ratio, and sales per guest. It involves handling guest concerns in the manager's absence, delivering effective leadership to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams, coaching staff to achieve individual and team success, assisting with budgeting and wages, ensuring thorough documentation of procedures, completing various reports, maintaining staffing within budget, administering impact coaching sessions for development, coordinating daily and weekly peak state huddles, coordinating with the Visual Presentation Manager on product placement, and communicating policy changes to staff. Other duties as assigned.
