Job Summary

Sales Manager to lead North America sales for port equipment, automation solutions and services. Focus on promoting offerings, closing contracts, and achieving revenue targets; build and maintain relationships with port operators and intermodal/logistics customers; develop regional sales strategy, manage a robust pipeline, provide technical and commercial support, and travel across North America to meet clients and attend industry events. Reports to the VP, Regional Sales AME, Port Solutions; works with regional team to drive growth across US and Canadian West Coast.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in port equipment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Strong understanding of the port and intermodal industry, including key players, trends, and challenges
  • Experience building and maintaining C-suite relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
