Job Summary
Sales Manager for AME, Port Solutions: lead North America sales for port equipment, automation, and services. Responsible for developing regional sales strategy, promoting offerings to US East/ Gulf Coast ports and intermodal hubs, closing contracts, building a robust sales pipeline, and managing key accounts including ports and terminal operators. Requires strong B2B sales experience in industrial equipment/ports, ability to build C-suite relationships, travel extensively across North America, and collaborate with regional team to achieve revenue targets. Must demonstrate strategic thinking, negotiation, presentations, and customer-focused mindset. Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience; CRM and analytics proficiency; fluent English; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
