Job Summary
Sales Manager for the US/Canada Allied Business region, focused on driving sales execution, customer growth, and portfolio penetration across SEM, coordinating cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Channel partners. Responsibilities include executing annual sales plans, managing pricing/promotions/rebates, strengthening relationships with customers/distributors/jobbers/agencies, driving adoption of SEM products, coordinating product launches and portfolio transitions, tracking KPIs, and supporting quarterly business reviews. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B/industrial or coatings/automotive markets; experience with CRM systems, SAP, and sales reporting tools; strong analytical and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of Sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or coatings/automotive markets
- Strong experience in sales execution, customer management, and commercial programs
- Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple functions
- Preferred Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and sales reporting tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
