Job Summary
Lead the Manufacturing Sales Manager role to drive revenue growth by overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, negotiating contracts, budgeting, and mentoring staff. Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships, conduct market research, collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is generally required.
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or marketing is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- 3 plus years of experience leading teams
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
