Job Summary
Sales Manager role leading the manufacturing sales team at Albertsons Companies. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, building relationships with customers and distributors, conducting market research, training and mentoring, coordinating with manufacturing teams, negotiating prices and contracts, and budgeting. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA preferred, 5+ years in sales (manufacturing preferred), 3+ years leading teams, strong communication and analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and strong negotiation abilities. Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is generally required.
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or marketing is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- 3 plus years of experience leading teams
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
