Job Summary
Sales Manager Aftermarket Sales responsible for hunting for new opportunities in your region and securing business at a commercial and technical acceptable risk level. You will expand and refresh the business with active and past clients, work with agents in different regions, manage accounts and create business with new clients, and act as a trusted advisor while defining and controlling the end-to-end sales strategy for your region. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Bid Management to drive results on projects ranging from €100,000 to €5,000,000. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business economics, 5+ years in Technical or Mechanical sales or related fields, a hunter mindset, international sales experience preferred, strong English (advanced) and basic German, and a willingness to travel ~25% of the year. Required Qualifications
