Job Summary
Sales Manager for Adskeeper (Adtech/affiliate-marketing focus) who will own and drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding targets, personally driving negotiations to close high-value deals with key advertisers and partners, expanding the network of advertisers and affiliates, focusing on quality and scalable demand, monitoring pipeline performance, staying informed on market trends and competitor activity, gathering market insights to influence product/format development, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The role requires 3+ years in client acquisition within affiliate marketing/adtech, deep knowledge of arbitrage ecosystems, experience across Tier 1–3 GEOs, and strong negotiation and strategic skills; plus a plus for hands-on media buying/traffic running experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech (Gambling, Dating, Nutra, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, affiliate & ad networks, funnels, trackers, monetization
- Hands-on experience working with global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs and active participation in industry conferences
- Strong network of advertisers / affiliates
- Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
- Experience with lead generation channels and tools (Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ad formats (native, push, display) and advertiser needs
- Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
