Job Summary
Sales Manager for Adlook in Hungary or Romania, responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel clients and agencies. Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding and advertising solutions through client presentations, conferences, and direct sales efforts; drive new business; engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth; identify key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies; act as a subject-matter expert on the marketplace and stay informed about industry trends. Requires 3+ years in digital ad sales, programmatic ecosystem understanding, excellent presentation and communication skills, a consultative selling approach, strong relationship-building capabilities within brands and agencies, enthusiasm for sales fundamentals, ability to thrive in a startup team environment with autonomy, and fluency in Hungarian or Romanian and English. Travel and onsite client meetings are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales selling to brands and agencies
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Excellent media and communication skills
- Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach
- Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies
- Enthusiasm for sales fundamentals, ability to measure effectiveness, and comfort with executive-level interactions
- Fluency in Hungarian or Romanian and English
- Willingness to travel and conduct onsite client meetings
