Job Summary
Sales Manager (NAM) leading a remote Account Executive team across North America for a SaaS/hospitality-tech platform. Responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing remote reps, setting targets and KPIs, managing the NAM pipeline from lead to close, and aligning with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Requires 5+ years in sales with 2-3 years in a leadership/management role, deep NAM market knowledge, remote team management success, and strong data-driven, cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. 100% remote within NA, with a focus on SaaS sales in the vacation rental/property management space.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role
- 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead position
- SaaS experience
- Remote team management experience
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong communication skills
- Multilingual ability is a plus
- Knowledge of vacation rental, property management, or hospitality technology is a bonus
