Sales Manager - Account Executive leading a team of Account Executives to drive net-new creator acquisition, build and maintain a healthy pipeline of creator/brand partnerships, negotiate and close deals, mentor and develop team members, and develop strategic partnerships with creators, talent agencies, creator management firms, MCNs, and industry partners. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and performance coaching; represents the company at industry events and ensures effective onboarding and campaign launches in a fast-paced Canadian startup environment.
