Job Summary
Sales Manager role responsible for designing and executing sales plans to increase revenue in the Kolkata hospitality market; build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers; stay informed on events, conventions, and opportunities to upsell facilities; coordinate with departments to ensure guest service and safety; lead, train, and motivate the sales team; identify prospects, conduct sales presentations, and report progress to leadership; contribute to strategic plans and monthly/weekly activity reports; promotions include employee benefits and opportunities for growth within Accor properties.
