Job Summary
Lead the sales strategy for Fairmont Udaipur Palace’s pre-opening team by designing and executing sales plans for hospitality segments, building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients, monitoring market conditions and competition, leveraging events and conventions to generate revenue, and pursuing new business opportunities; requires Bachelor's in Hotel Management/Business, 4–8 years hotel/hospitality sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, willingness to travel, and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–8 years of sales experience in hotels or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
