Job Summary
Sales Manager at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and directing all hotel sales operations to maximize revenue across all segments and channels. Responsibilities include soliciting new and existing accounts through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication, maintaining deep knowledge of hotel services to demonstrate capabilities with clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, presenting product demonstrations and technical solutions to meet customer needs, staying up-to-date with regional and international developments to convert them into sales opportunities, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel features and benefits to outperform competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
