Job Summary
Sales Manager for a hotel in the Accor network. Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and occupancy; identify and pursue new business opportunities; cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders; conduct sales calls, meetings, site inspections, and presentations; negotiate contracts and rates; coordinate with marketing to create campaigns and materials; monitor market trends and competitor activity; prepare forecasts and reports; collaborate with reservations, front office, and operations to ensure guest satisfaction; represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events; requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management; ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
