Job Summary
Sales Manager role focused on leading the EL Smart Building and Smart Power sales strategy in the China Southwest Area, directing the sales organization to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, and services. You will anticipate performance gaps, identify new opportunities with customers and partners, plan and execute customer surveys, negotiate key contracts, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires strong CRM/SAP usage, demand forecasting, and go-to-market/solution selling expertise, with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of B2B sales plus 2+ years of sales management. Fluency in Mandarin and business-level English is needed. The work model is Flexible.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and SAP; strong demand forecasting knowledge
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or channel management in passive electronics (e.g., capacitors, resistors, inductors, filters)
- At least 2+ years of sales team management experience in a specific sales area
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (native) and English (business)
