Job Summary
Lead sales of instrumentation products/services within the designated India market (Pune region) and drive sustainable order growth, revenues and market share. Own responsibilities for communicating delivery times, payments, and terms; promote ABB’s value proposition through effective marketing activities; identify and develop new market opportunities; manage sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities. Requires 8+ years in instrumentation sales, a diploma or engineering degree in Instrumentation or Electronics, strong English communication, and proven ability to work onsite in the India-Pune region.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in instrumentation sales
- Diploma or engineering degree in Instrumentation or Electronics
- Advanced knowledge of front-end sales in instrumentation
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions
- Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities
- Experience in managing sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities
- Strong teamwork, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
