Job Summary
Lead, develop, and coach the Sales organization within the EL Smart Building and Smart Power scope in China Southwest. Define, plan, and execute a sales strategy to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, and services, driving sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities with existing and potential customers, allocate resources, and negotiate key contracts. Collaborate with channel partners, OEMs, and product management teams to improve market penetration. Build long-term customer relationships and drive go-to-market and solution-selling initiatives. Requires 5+ years in B2B sales or channel management, 2+ years of sales team leadership, proficiency in SAP/Salesforce and MS Office, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and business-level English. Flexible work model with location in Kunming, Yunnan, China.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or channel management for passive components
- 2+ years Sales team management experience in specific sales area
- Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM, and MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (native) and English (business level)
- Highly skilled in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), demand forecasting methodologies, and the EL components product & passive electronics market
