Job Summary
Lead regional sales strategy for Europe and maintain it to improve ABB’s market penetration and growth. Define, plan, lead, and ensure execution of sales strategy to meet qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, and/or services; lead, develop, and coach the Sales organization to achieve targets through high performance; hybrid work model with focus on developing opportunities with existing and potential customers, supporting pricing decisions, and managing contracts and financial exposure within compliance.
