Job Summary
Generate new business by developing and implementing community marketing strategies and managing overall sales functions for inside and outside sales. Assist the store manager with product ordering, planning for future sales, events, and stock balancing, while supporting product staging, warehouse maintenance, merchandise returns, and customer deliveries. Safely operate the company vehicle and maintain customer relationships to drive career growth within a progressive development program. Schedule flexibility between 8A–9P including Saturdays is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory MVR
- DOT physical/certification in states that require it
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- Ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
- Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of college
- Two years of previous management experience
