Job Summary
Sales Manager at Aaron’s leads sales efforts in our stores by building long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, setting sales goals, and driving new business through marketing strategies. The role involves assisting the General Manager with operational functions and supporting deliveries when needed, as well as managing showroom presentation and staff development. Key skills include strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, aptitude for marketing, ability to meet performance-based incentives, and a customer-service orientation. Requires a HS diploma or equivalent (two years of college or management experience preferred), a valid driver’s license with DOT requirements (U.S.), a flexible schedule (8 am–9 pm), and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50 lbs unassisted and 300 lbs with a dolly). Required Qualifications
