Job Summary
Generate leads and close agreements, process renewal payments, and physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors. Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships while setting sales goals and driving new business through marketing strategies. Assist the General Manager with operational functions and handle deliveries when drivers are unavailable. This role requires a valid driver's license, DOT certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance and 300 lbs with a dolly. Flexible scheduling is available between 8 am and 9 pm, with a competitive hourly rate plus performance incentives.

Desired Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
